Jerry graduated with honors from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri where he sat on the National Mock Trial team.
Immediately after graduation, Mr. Roselle began practicing Criminal Law in Fort Collins, CO and over the next seven years, he served Larimer County as a Deputy District Attorney.
Seeing a need for criminal defense lawyers who know the system and are willing to come alongside people deserving representation, Jerry opened his private law practice in the early 1990s. His firm, Roselle & Breitigam, P.C., represents individuals accused of any type of crime from the most serious felony to everyday traffic tickets.
A common description of what distinguishes Jerry from other criminal defense attorneys is that he genuinely cares about his clients.
As a multi-year winner of the criminal defense law firm of the year (as named by the Consumer Business Review), Jerry feels honored to be recognized by his colleagues, clients, and community for his hard work and excellence in his field.
